BUD’s e-commerce products are sold by Xoxo Oy, Business ID 3121754-4. Prices and shipping are subject to change. By accepting these terms of delivery, the e-commerce customer proves that they are familiar with the terms and conditions of trading.
Products and product prices
Product prices are given in connection with product demonstrations. The products of the boutique include VAT. The tax item is shown in the shopping cart and the order confirmation.
How to order
Flowers and BUD merchandise can be ordered online from our website www.hellobud.fi/flower-boutique. To add a desired quantity to a shopping cart, first specify the desired quantity with the arrows or enter the desired quantity in the quantity field and press “update cart” icon below the product(s). You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page. Be sure to check the contents of your shopping cart before proceeding to the payment stage. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail indicating the price of the order, products ordered, shipping costs and pick up or delivery times. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an e-mail address when ordering.
Our minimum order is 10 euros (product value).
You can either pick up your order yourself from BUD at Uudenmaankatu 11 or select a home delivery for your flowers.
You can come and pick up your flower order from our boutique at Uudenmaankatu 11, located near Helsinki centre. The boutique is open TUE-SAT from 11 to 21. You can always also come purchase flowers and other goods straight from the boutique, without pre-ordering.
We have home delivery for flower orders in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa with a cost of 11,90 € (excl. Suomenlinna). If you want your flowers to be delivered, select the “home delivery” option from your shopping cart. Select the option also when you want the flowers to be delivered to someone or somewhere else than yourself or your home address.
If you order a home delivery, please let us know the delivery address (and possible gate codes etc.), phone number and preferred time of delivery (day and time; between 13-16 or 17-20). If you have any questions, contact us at email@example.com.
Deliveries are made MON-FRI between 13-16 or 17-20. The delivery usually takes about 1-3 business days, depending on your location. You will get the information about the delivery times when your order is confirmed by e-mail.
Please note that all orders will be shipped only on weekdays. If the order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you as early as possible. However, we always do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.
Orders in our webshop are paid through Paytrail (online banks/credit cards/debit cards) or when picking up by cash or card in BUD.

Return and exchange policy
The customer has a 14-day return policy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act if the total value of the order exceeds 30 euros (incl. VAT). The right of return applies to original and unused products. Returned product packaging must be unopened. We always do our best to work together to find a solution that satisfies you. So please feel free to contact us by email at email@example.com. Failure to collect the goods will not be sufficient to cancel the order.
Defective or wrong product
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be sure to find a satisfactory solution for you.
If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or if the wrong product has been delivered to you, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Prior to placing an order, the customer must read the applicable delivery terms.
