BUD keeps a register of their business customers’ contact data for the purpose of managing, taking care of, maintaining and developing customer relationships, targeting supply, analysis, market research as well as producing, providing and developing services. Register data can be used for marketing purposes between BUD and their customers and for targeted marketing, so that we can show our customers messages that best fit their needs and interests.

We only collect and use your data for the purposes written in this Privacy Policy or for purposes that you have seperately consented to. Our aim is to collect as little personal data of you as possible.

BUD’s personnel operating with the data is bound by confidentiality in relation to all customer data.

5.    Content of register

The information in our register does not contain personal data, unless it is necessary for an existing or potential customer relationship. The register may contain the following personal data of our customers:

Mobile phone number / office phone number
E-mail address
Company name
Street address, town and postcode

The register may also contain marketing information, profiling or other interest-related information provided to us by user or other data collected with the customer’s consent.

The data is stored during the length of the customer relationship and for a period after that necessary to clarify the privileges and obligations of the register controller and the business customer.

BUD website is hosted my WordPress and BUD online shop is a WooCommerce site. By making a purchase on our online shop through Paytrail the data collected will be passed to the respective third party, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

6.    Sources of data

Personal data of BUD’s customers is collected during the customer relationship and the work performed to create a customer relationship. Data can be collected and updated by third party registers with the person’s consent.

7.    Your rights to your data

You have the right to access your personal data, correct or update it, at any point in time, or ask us to delete your personal data all together. You also have a right to data portability and to restrict the processing of your data. Please note that if you object the processing of your personal data we may not be able to offer you our services, such as online orders and payments.
